1. My friend/my teacher recommended me to come here, do you have a courses menu ?
Yes, we have! but our course menu may be not what you expected.
A few years after we start teaching, we need to reject a lot of people and ask them to come back after they have enough experience. At first, we provide only the course for experienced people with minimum. of 2,000 hours of study or 2-3 years of working experience.
Why?
Because relieving the pain, discomfort, and malfunction of the body will never be easy. It needs a lot of time and passion to be good at it.
A menu is you!
Most people are familiar with ready goods, and when they go to school they try to “choose the course that they think they want to learn”. But actually, what you want to know or what you don’t know is not quite important, but what you don’t know that you don’t know is!
Why?
When you are new to some knowledge, it is common to choose what kind of things you want to know like you are shopping for something. But after you are a professional, a master’s degree student, after 1,000 trials and errors you will have your own idea and looking for something that may not exist or you may have no idea about it at all, you may only have a gut feeling that you need something or something is missing but you don’t know what it is.
Taking a course at “Thara Massage” is not only to learning some things you want to know, we also sharing our insights, our research, and our hard work with you so you can have a lot more building blocks for achieving your goals.
And to do that, we will need to talk and communicate many things about you. And together, we are building a course and choose the topics.
2. What kind of things do you teach?
It’s divided into 3 categories.
1. Things that you can learn from everywhere. [like foot massage, oil massage, Thai massage, sports massage, etc.]
2. Things that you can learn from somewhere. [like 150 Hr. Thai massage, Royal Thai massage, Therapeutic Thai massage, WOMEncare]
3. Things that you can’t learn from elsewhere. [like Treatment protocol for many symptoms, controlling and manipulating the wind, rebalancing the nervous system, and much more.]
Do they difficult?
The 1st category is easy, but the 3rd one can break your brain.
3. Do you only accept highly skill people in a course?
No. We just try to match your goal with the courses. But please note that sometimes it also need skill and passion to study something difficult.
4. Price and discount?
Most of our courses are on demand. We provide 2 options, pay per hour and pay per course. (Both option you need to pay before starting the course)
By paying per hour we charge 500 Baht/hour.
By paying per course. (the longer the cheaper)
For the short course we charge 1,500 Baht/day (not including materials), and for 10 days course we charge 15,000 Baht/course (including materials). For professional courses, we charge 60,000 Baht/course (600 Baht/day) or 2 years working contract to guarantee them to become at least assisting teachers.
5. Do you have any foreigner discrimination policy ?
Certainly No! We always charge Same price for Thai and Foreigner.
But since we are supplying new knowledge to the country as a national researcher all the time, we will teach some knowledge to the foreigners after sometimes have passed because things will look really bad if the foreigners have a deeper understanding and more knowledge of Thai Massage than Thai people themselves.
6. What I need to prepare bofore we meet and talk ?
Your passion.
Please note that in Thai culture, in a very high education stage, tuition fees are for supporting the teacher’s dedicated passion while teachers teach you to fulfill your passions, which means both sides are sharing and moving forward together. It is different from many countries’ cultures where you paid to become a god.
This course is designed for individuals who are new to Thai massage. It provides a foundational understanding of massage techniques and allows beginners to quickly experience and perform basic patterns. However, please note the following:

This course introduces all elements of Thai massage, providing an experience akin to what you would find in a standard Thai massage parlor offered to their customers.
Course format : Thai Massage for Relaxation with Stretching Techniques
Morning Session|Study Session : 9.00-12.00
Afternoon Session|Practice Session : 13.00-16.00

Course format : Foot Massage for Relaxation and Reflexology

Course format : Oil massage combines with traditional Thai massage techniques and incorporates stretching techniques

Course Duration : 25 days or 150 hours
Fee : 16,000 Thai Baht (Included transportation cost between two facilities.)
Subject content : The subject content details the topics which must be studied. Everything listed must be
studied, however, example are not exhaustive and other related aspects of the topics should
be studied.
Advanced Course (General): This course encompasses a comprehensive overview of prevalent symptoms frequently encountered in daily life that are associated with musculoskeletal disorders. In this course, we systematically arrange the symptoms to facilitate a clear understanding of body mechanics from the fundamentals.
Duration: 10 days
Advanced Course: This course is tailored to individual needs, allowing students to select their topics and sequence of study. It’s ideal for those with time constraints or a solid understanding of human anatomy.
Duration: 4 days – 20 days
Intensive advanced course: Similar to the Advanced Course (General), this course encompasses a comprehensive overview of prevalent symptoms frequently encountered in daily life that are associated with musculoskeletal disorders. In this course, we systematically arrange the symptoms to facilitate a clear understanding of body mechanics from the fundamentals.
Duration: 10 days
This course focus on pain management, recovery and rehabilitation.
For family member rehabilitation purposes, 1 symptom will need to study at least 3 days.
For an expert learner, study up to 4 symptoms per day
